You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after 14 days may not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn and unaltered in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
Email info@HunterandRange.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation before sending anything back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where a product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law. We recommend a tracked postage method; we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund where required.
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom/personalised items
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
