Shipping Policy – Hunter & Range

We aim to get your gear to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for large orders. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via reputable carriers such as Australia Post and other trusted courier services. The choice of carrier and service is at our discretion based on order size, weight, and destination.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times at checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control. Hunter & Range is not liable for delivery delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may apply; unless stated otherwise, these apply to standard shipping within Australia only.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.


6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional re-shipping fees may apply.


7. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB origin. This means risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Insurance can be arranged at additional cost upon request before dispatch.


8. Signature on Delivery

We may require signature on delivery for higher-value items. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card for collection or re-delivery. We are not responsible for theft or loss of parcels left unattended.


9. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.


10. Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all applicable shipping restrictions. Certain items may be unavailable for shipment to some regions due to carrier or legal limitations.


11. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly at info@HunterandRange.com,au with your order number and any supporting photos. Claims for missing or damaged shipments must be lodged within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
